In recognition of our employee’s long service Tsebo Facilities Solutions appreciated the opportunity to celebrate & thank its loyal employees by presenting awards to all those who dedicated their time in contributing to the success of Tsebo FS. The long Service awards were held in 21 October 2016 at La- Toscana Montecasino in Gauteng in the KZN on 27 October 2016 & in Cape Town on 19 October 2016.
Recognition of long service was given to employees who have reached important milestones in their career of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 35 & 40 years with the organisation. The ceremony honoured +/-308 employees in total from all our regional offices.
Our CEO – Dr John Wentzel honoured our dedicated team members with, “nanos gigantum humeris incidentis” meaning, “you achieve more because you stand on the shoulders of giants”. He went on to clarify that, it is these employees upon whose shoulders Tsebo has been built. It is with pride that we acknowledge and recognise their contribution in building Tsebo into what it is today, a truly pan-African company.
